3. Payment

Clients agree to pay InfoDigital Nest the agreed-upon fees for the services rendered. Payment terms, including invoicing and late fees, will be detailed in the project proposal.

4. Project Scope

The scope of work, deliverables, and timeline will be defined in a project proposal or agreement. Any changes to the scope may result in additional fees and require written agreement from both parties.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property created during the course of the project, including but not limited to code, designs, and documentation, will be the exclusive property of InfoDigital Nest unless otherwise specified in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all information shared during the project, including but not limited to trade secrets, business plans, and proprietary information.

7. Warranties

InfoDigital Nest warrants that the services provided will be performed in a professional manner and will conform to industry standards. Clients are responsible for testing and verifying the delivered product.

8. Limitation of Liability

InfoDigital Nest shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services provided.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement. Upon termination, clients will pay for all services rendered until the termination date.

10. Changes to Terms

InfoDigital Nest reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
